Staff must obtain approval from RO & SLs before informing at least 2 members of the Relief Planning Team. Do help support the Relief Planning Team & fellow

All leave applications, except medical related leaves are subjected to exigencies of service. Thus, officers should plan in advance, where possible and discuss with the supervisors and
mutually agree on a suitable time to take leave. In the school environment, notifying schools of your plan to take leave in advance would facilitate schools' planning so as not to affect the
pupils or schools' operation.
Request for late coming to school must be officially approved and acknowledged by Principal. It is the duty of the staff to remind Relief Team about the late coming arrangement.
Staff are allowed to leave the school premises during curriculum time for a quick meal of no more than 30 minutes and must remain contactable at all times. Staff leaving the school premises during curriculum time must sign in/out at the General Office.
Staff going for personal oversea trips must apply the leave form and have it be endorsed by the RO and SLs. It is the responsibility of the staff to apply for personal travel arrangement only during staff protected time.
