When a customer comes in and asks for advice on how to clean certain items, it's always best the read the care label. Most care labels have directions written in English, with symbols shown on the tag. The symbols show what can or cannot be done to a particular item, while the instructions written in English are the optimal cleaning procedures. Important symbols can be found on the right.
It is ultimately up to the customer to decide what is to be done with their item. While you can give advice, the final decision is up to them. Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to an item that is dry cleaned against the care label.
