Answering Phones
When answering phones, say “HSA Cleaners, this is (your name). How may I help you”. You may say that, or any variation of that phrase which suits your particular style. If there is a question that you don't know how to answer, put the call on hold and look if the information is in the FAQ section. If it isn't, check and see if a manager is in the back. If there isn't, fill out a Freshdesk ticket with the customer's information and a description of the problem.
Making Calls
Often times you will have to make a phone call to our laundry supplier or return a call to a customer who wanted to know if their order came in at the end of the day. Always use the phone up front, not your cell. To make a call, dial 91 then the number you need to call.
