Google Sharing

    • Default will be private until you make it public and add specific users.

    • Determine which privileges you want to allow to those you share your file with.

      • Can Edit

      • Can Comment

      • Can View

    • Highlight the link of the page for further reference.

    • Click on "Change" to make changes.

    • Choose access level by clicking on radio button.

    • You can make the file public and searchable for anyone.

    • You can just allow anyone who has the link to view, edit, or comment.

    • You can limit access to only those who are a part of the UMass Global Apps for Education domain. (Will need a name@mail.umassglobal.edu account.

    • Save your access level.

    • Share only with people who have UMass Global Google Apps accounts.

    • Determine the level of access you want to share: edit or view?

    • Invite people to share your Google doc, sheet, slide, form, draw, etc. through email address.

    • Determine what privileges you want them to have: edit, comment, or view.

    • Click on Advanced for options.
