Students gain a foundational understanding of legal principals, criminal procedures, and the role of justice in society. Emphasis is placed on career exploration and preparation for a variety of pathways within the field, including policing, forensic science, legal studies, and public safety.
Criminal Justice is a one-year course that introduces students to aspects of the law enforcement and the legal system.
Students will be required to participate in physical activities and techniques to learn skills that are basic to all law enforcement officers.
