12th Grade

 Class of 2024

Let's make the most of this school year!

CONGRATULATIONS!

You have made it to be a senior!  This a a great accomplishment, but you still have multiple things you need to do to walk across that stage at graduation. It can seem overwhelming, but stay informed, take care of business, make good choices and this can be a great school year. A few important reminders

-- All seniors should have at least one ACT on file. If you need to improve your score for any reason their are multiple dates throughout the year, but you should plan to try and get that score sooner rather than later to make sure you meet deadlines. Here are links to register for the ACT and/or SAT.

--Know your GPA: College and scholarship applications will frequently ask for this. If you need a copy of your transcipt for either you or a university, come by the guidance department or email your counselor..

--- We have dedicated webpages to help students look at or apply to state colleges, apply for financial aid (the FAFSA & TOPS) & scholarships. Just click on the dropdown for 12th grade.

-- Please refer to the AHS Website to find out important updates and resources for the start of school.  We also have an official Facebook and Instagram page to find out announcements.

-- Graduating Juniors: All students planning to graduate in 2023 should keep in regular contact with teachers and counselors to ensure they are up-to-date and on track. Graduating Juniors this year should be a part of the google classroom for Class of 2023 & Class of 2024. All graduating students and parents can to begin completing your FASFA in October. This is required for graduation!
