Release updates 6/25/2021

The following change was made as part of Release 2021.6.0 on 6/25/2021

A business rule has been added to the MA LACES database that prevents HiSet and GED scores from being ingested if the student does not have "Yes" selected in the "Confidentiality Release of Information on File" field.

An error message will be returned on the import record at All System Tasks:

*Confidentiality Release of Information on File must be Yes before adding HiSet or GED for Student with ID ####
