Region II Concert Assessment

Friday, March 14th at 11:35AM

Lake Hamilton Auditorium

Our 7th grade Band students will need their polo shirts, denim jeans WITHOUT holes, and tennis shoes for their performance. We will leave after 2nd period, and return after lunch. Mr. Shultz is ordering pizza for them because we will not be back in time for Middle School lunch! Everyone is invited to attend the concert and it is free. We hope we will see you there. We love having an audience!

The students have been working for many weeks preparing for this performance and sightreading competition. We are super proud of their efforts and look forward to their participation at a very high level. Please make sure your child has everything they need prior to the performance day. Spring Pictures are also rescheduled for this same day and ALL Band students will take their picture before we leave that morning for the performance.

Poinsettias Fundraier Info

Poinsettias arrived! Please turn in all your orders asap. Pick up times: Thursday 3 - 5 pm, Firday 3 to 5 pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 10 am. Location: Back door to small band room at the HS campus (to the left of the main band room door). You will see the poinsettias on the steps!

Concert Assessment 2023

Hosted here at LH. The Middle School Band will stay after school on March 10th and meet in the choir room. Warm up will be at 3:15 in the small band room. Stage performance on the stage at 3:40 followed immediately by sight reading in the big band room. Attire: Maroon Band Shirts and Jeans! They will be able to leave immediately following their sight reading from the band room and call for rides at that time.

With Honors

LH Concert Invitational is 3/2/18 in class (this is a normal day) for our students and will go through Saturday with other bands performing. They will not stay after school and will not require "all Black" attire for this day.

Region Concert Assessment for the MS (7th grade) Band will be Friday, March 9th. They are staying after school, warm-up at 3:10, and perform at 3:35 on the stage at the HS. We would love to have parents attend the performance. They will sight read in the band room immediately following their performance. They will need to bring their "all Black" attire to change before warm-up.
