An experienced panel of adjudicators will be used for the Invitational. These panels in the past, have included the likes of: David Gorham (ret. Owasso, OK), Andy Cook (Carmel, IN), Robert Hesse (ret. U of A Monticello, Ouachita Baptist University & Arkadelphia, AR), David Stuart (ret. Magnolia, AR), John Combs (ret. Springdale, AR), Karen Dismuke (ret. North Pulaski - Jacksonville, AR), Claude Smith (ret. Searcy, AR) and Freddy Bell (ret. Lakeside - Hot Springs, AR).

Schedule and Format

Bands will be scheduled from 5:00 to 8:00 on Friday and 8:00 to 5:00 on Saturday.

Bands are expected to be present 30 minutes prior to their performance for warm-up in the band room.

Performance time and clinic limit is 40 minutes to set up, perform, clinic with adjudicators and exit.

Adjudication and Clinic
Adjudication and Clinic
Three performance adjudicators will critique each band's performance. One of the adjudicators will clinic the group on stage following the performance and before the next group performance. Recordings of your group's performance and a video of the adjudication will be made available following the clinic.

Registration is $325 per band. Please register using the link below and send a hard copy of the registration with your check by February 10th, 2020. Checks should be payable to Lake Hamilton Bands. Please let us know if you need an invoice or reciept. A schedule will be emailed as it is finalized.
