How to improve your typing
A computer keyboard is very similar to a typewriter, but has a number of additional features:
A Control Key (Ctrl) that acts like an additional shift key to change the function of any key.
Arrow keys that let you move the cursor
A number keypad
A delete, backspace and Enter key
A row of Function keys labelled F1 through F11
