There are many words more precise in meaning and less grating to the ear:

prejudiced inflexible intolerant opinionated

narrow-minded censorious dogmatic illiberal

The adjective “judgmental” should not even modify people; it should mean “pertaining to judgment.” If we said “The assignmental Math homework is requiremental,” our language would be just as ugly as “judgmental,” but more logical.
