Photos is an application that allows you to import your digital images, organize them by an event, tag images and add titles, descriptions, ratings, and keywords. Clearly label your assignment by the period, your full name and the project name (ex: p1 Kevin Fenlon Card). Creativity will be rewarded. Export your slideshow to your periods desktop folder in a large format. This will be the first video on your Educational YouTube Channel!

Must be 1 full non-repeating song to chosen topic (not theme music)
Export for slideshow to your class work submission folder.

Individually shoot 15 photos that demonstrate the compositional technique "Rule of Thirds".
Label each photo with the appropriate grid location according to the rule.
Label 6 photos that demonstrate the rules of composition.
Create a one page PDF contact sheet and submit to your work folder.

Working with a partner, you will take turns photographing objects in class and around the school that display a specific shape that you will choose. Import your images into Photo and then create a slideshow presentation that communicates each shape’s hidden attributes, where it can be found, and any other relevant information. Use the Ken Burns Effect to draw the viewer’s eye to the hidden shape. Do not use computer provided theme music, do not let the slideshow repeat. The final result may be presented to the class by exporting your slideshow (full format) to your period folder.
