Art in Action:

The Art in Action Program is based on the conviction that art is important in developing creativity and critical thinking, in strengthening personal identity, and in expanding a student’s world view and cultural empathy. The 5^th grade theme focuses on American Art and on discovering the techniques American artists use to record people and landscapes. During our art projects the students will use their creative and imaginative minds to construct master pieces of art, which are often refrigerator worthy!
