Message from Aaron Padilla, Director of Learning & Engagement: Congratulations! You made it. You now have the tools and the information to share this wonderful museum with our visitors, .We all know, that this is just the beginning of an ongoing process of being a docent for HoMA. In the coming weeks and months, you will find ways to use your new tools. You'll also be inclined to seek out even more information because a visitor stumped you. You will become adept at adaptation. You will be challenged (in good ways, of course!) With that, I leave you all with two bits of advice when out there giving tours:
Be yourself. This is when you are at your best.
Have fun. If it's not, make it so.
Lastly, thank you for your support and commitment to this museum. And welcome to our Learning & Engagement Team!
