Congratulations to Glastonbury High School Latin teacher, Mr. Joey Meyer! Now entering his 21st year of teaching in our district, Mr. Meyer is a dynamic educator who teaches with heart, purpose, and charisma.
Mr. Meyer is known for his lively, student-centered Latin classes. Beyond the classroom, his commitment to building a positive and connected community is evident in all he does. Mr. Meyer has inspired countless students to deepen their understanding of our complex world and the people in it.
Mr. Meyer was also selected as a CT State Teacher of the Year FINALIST!
Nominations for the Fall 2025 Essence Awards are currently OPEN and will close on Friday, November 21. The Awards Ceremony is scheduled for December 5, 2025.

The Glastonbury High School Drama Club will present The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 in the GHS auditorium at 7:00 pm on November 14, 15, 21, and 22. Tickets are available online for $15 for adults and $10 for students and senior citizens.

The Glastonbury High School Girls Cross Country Team won the CIAC Class LL State Championship with seven runners finishing in top twenty.

Juniors: Junior parking pass applications are available in the main office. You must have a valid driver's license.
