Please call the attendance line at
(860-652-7200, press 1) before 7:30 am to report a student absence.
Please leave a message including the student’s name (including spelling), date of absence and reason for absence.
Absences need to be reported daily.
If we do not receive a call noting your student’s absence, a call will be placed to you.
Early Dismissal
Early Dismissal
Please send your student in with a note to notify the school of an early dismissal. The note should include the name of the student, date, time of dismissal and signature of parent dismissing. The student should bring their parent note to the Main Office prior to 7:25 am or during passing time to receive their early dismissal pass.
Tardy to School
Tardy to School
When students are late to school, they must enter the Main Entrance and sign in with security upon arrival. If they were at a medical/dental appointment or court appearance, please have your student bring in documentation from the medical office or court to excuse the tardy. A parent note, email or call DOES NOT excuse a tardy to school.
