We would like to take the opportunity to recommend and ask all of our customers to take regular backups of your important files and data. We have over 2000 customers using our GDS system, and we have the unenviable experience of helping customers recover from hard drive failures. Through no fault of anyone, a hard drive can simply wear out and stop working correctly, which can corrupt your files and data. A recent GDS backup, either using our own GDS Online Backup System, or if you can backup onto a USB stick, will come in useful if the worst should happen.
