A group of individuals looking for the direct support of others in our efforts to improve conservation practices within our organization, through the adoption of the CS. Participants generally feel that the group provides a confidential and safe environment to develop meaningful relationships and to dive into concrete issues and identify useful solutions.
During the CS support group meetings, we use coaching circles to allow participants to exchange ideas and find solutions. Participants can play the role of clients (presenting a challenge) or consultants (exploring and proposing solutions). We meet every two months, you can attend meetings whenever you feel like it.
