The change management TOC is meant to provide useful guidance that will be applicable no matter the organization and its level of maturity in adopting the CS, as the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) is meant to provide more specific guidance to improve specific practices from one level of maturity to another. We have also collected case studies and integrated them into a Miradi project under a similar format so that it is easier to learn from them.
