2nd Semester Schedules

As Fife School District moves to a Hybrid Ready model, Columbia Junior High has had to adjust course offerings for 2nd semester, which will impact student schedules. Counselors are working diligently to ensure students have a full schedule and the necessary credits to meet graduation requirements. Students should anticipate changes in their schedule, classes, and teachers even for year-long classes such as English, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

Most classes are filled to capacity. Due to the need to balance class sizes to ensure the health and safety of all students - schedule changes will be limited to scheduling errors only. Parents and students may request a schedule change due to a scheduling error - (i.e. missing a class period, duplicate class, placed in the wrong course level (Spanish I vs. Spanish II).

To request a schedule change due to an error please complete the Schedule Change Request Form. Requests will be accepted through January 29 @ 2:30pm.

Changes to students learning model (hybrid vs. remote) and/or cohort cannot be requested through this process.

Note: If elective courses are listed on your schedule that you did not request, it is most likely because the course/s you requested did not fit into your schedule in light of the courses that you needed. Required courses such as Math, English, Science and Social Studies are given first scheduling priority.

Questions regarding your schedule? Please contact your School Counselor for assistance.
