world Language Testing

Fife School District offers World Language Competency Credits to students that can read, write, speak and understand languages other than English. Students in grades 8-12 who meet these requirements may take a proficiency test in that language and earn up to a maximum of 4 world language credits toward graduation and college entrance requirements. Students are assessed in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
