Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.

• • Chose tests to perform for rapid prototyping and risk reduction of the off-loading system.

  • Began individual component analysis of: conveyor rollers, low friction materials, optical sensors, and linear actuators.

  • Purchased materials for rapid prototyping to begin physical build for Risk Reduction tests.

Accomplishments from Previous Week

• • Purchased T-slot to create a table frame for Risk Reduction. Table frame will be used with rollers and with low friction material. Frame can be flat or tilted to various angles.

  • Created CAD designs of roller conveyor table, low friction table, guide rails for table, and "boat" to hold 5 gauge holder stands.

  • Connected with progress of previous group.
