Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.
Basic circuit build is done.
Tests on 2/13 found that
up to 4 LEDs needed. For subject lihua, 1 LED unable to drive pupil to maximum constriction. Was able for wanfang.
oscillations of up 10s occurred
if no oscilaltions present, less than 0.9s to settle into constant diameter
Accomplishments from Previous Week
Basic circuit build is done and some testing will be completed on 2/13
Goals for Next Week (list names after each item). Use specific and measurable objectives.
Test more with team to understand the pupil better. Also design and start building the screen tent modified for exam use. (Robert)
Pupil response to light intensity can vary significantly among different people. Consider installing an analog switch in the circuit to switch on different numbers of LEDs for people with different light sensitivity. (Lihua)
help tung and jessica finish PID code [wanfang]. purchase switch for streaming over LAN
Finish control code and start working on gain tuning using experimental results (e.g. time it takes for eyes to respond to light (worst case), how much light can change pupil size by how much, etc) [Jessica]
