Supervision at Edmonds College

Human Resources and ODET coordinates the Supervision at Edmonds Community College Training Program for all supervisors. The program is offered during Fall and Winter Quarters. The first cohort of supervisors completed the five session program in June 2012.  The program The 20-hour program clarifies roles and responsibilities of Edmonds CC supervisors in the areas of: the Management and Labor Union Relationship; MBTI and Supervision for Work Unit Success; Performance Management and Appraisal; Managing Workplace Conflict; and Employee Discipline.
