for each reading, identify the thesis (highlight) and then list three pieces of evidence supporting the thesis on the back of the article. Then write answers to the following three questions.

1. Is aid to Africa good or bad?

2. What if anything should be the role of the US government in Africa?

3. What if anything, should be the role of US citizens to help Africa?
