Enter your email address and click "Next"

On the next screen from the dropdown menu select "Corpus Christi Catholic High School" and click "Proceed"

You might be prompted to enter your ZScaler username and password.

Problems trying to play a video

Not all videos use Silverlight in ClickView however if they do and you get the following message "Sorry..." and asking you to install Silverlight chances are that you are using the browser "Chrome". Silverlight is not compatible with Chrome and it is documented that it doesn't work.

Solution

Try using one of the following

  1. ClickView app (doesn't always support Silverlight but it might work in some cases)

  2. Use Safari however you need to make the following change

  3. Select Preferences in the Safari menu

4. Select the "Security" menu and Click "Plug-in Settings..."

5. On the left scroll down and select Silverlight

6. On the drop down menu on the right for "online.clickview.com.au" select "Run in Unsafe Mode"

7. You will get a prompt like the one below, select "Trust"

8. Click "Done" and close the Preferences.

9. Restart Safari.

10. Now try and run the ClickView video that is asking for Silverlight you should not see the message if you completed the steps above correctly.
