This presentation provides a lot of the information parents will need to make sure that their children are making the most out of this platform. Your school should provide an in person session for grade 11 parents, possibly during orientation or back to school night. During this session, you can help parents set up their coach accounts, so they can monitor their children's progress.
Getting parents on board can be a key to the success of this program. Send a letter to parents that includes:
Utilize registration, orientation, or back to school night as opportunities to get parents signed up.
Parents can serve as another check to make sure that every student gets their accounts linked. Once this happens they should regularly monitor their child's progress and converse with them about the amount of hours they have practiced, their test score goals, and college choice.
