✽ What is a Scientific Illustration?
Artist with scientific backgrounds can be hired to draw pictures that help people and other scientist to better understand things. They usually focus on specific details of objects including plants, animals, rocks, planets, outer space and things too small for the eyes to see.

Level 3+ KEYSTONE SPECIES Explain with both pictures and words how 2 keystone species in our local environment impact each other. Be sure your diagram includes at least 3 facts about species. Use arrows and your page layout to help emphasize your message.

BUGS, CEPHALOPODS & CRUSTACEANS

Illustrate a bug, cephalopod, or crustacean. Then add notes to explain 2 facts about your species and and labels at least 3 different parts of the body.
