Step Aerobics Objectives:

Eliot Step Aerobics Unit:
1. Students will execute motor movements that combine fitness stepping with rhythmic music.
2. Students will describe the benefits of cardiorespiratory endurance exercise: (builds heart muscle strength, improved metabolism and caloric expenditure, strengthen lower and upper body muscles, improves mood & energy levels and allows for self expression).
3. Students will exhibit self expression through music and step/dance movements.
