Project Adventure/Fitness Stations

High Elements Climbing is a challenge by choice activity designed to enhance self esteem, perseverance, problem solving, communication, strength, flexibility, peer support, and safety knowledge. It includes the wall, fire cracker ladder, cargo net, and rope ladder challenges.

Fitness Stations are also challenge by choice activities designed to strengthen the inner core, cardiorespiratory endurance, build balance, muscle strength and flexibility. The stations include Yoga explorations (vinyasa), kettle bells, free weights, body bar, Bosu balls, resistance bands, cardio jump rope, plyometrics (box jumps).
