Writing the report

With the data you just analyzed you can conclude:

(for smFRET) which tube contained which Holliday Junction.

(for super-res) what the measured super-resolution distance between two neighboring spots was.

The report should include (as also found on the grading form @ BrightSpace)

- Cover page, Abstract, Table of Contents

- Introduction

- Theoretical background

- Method of testing and analyzing

- Results (see an example of data representation, please also include example intermediate results)

- Discussion

- Conclusion

- Reference list
