Analyzing dwelltime with Matlab

You do a fit on the dwelltimes through Matlab. With help of the provided Dwelltimesv*.m two figures are displayed. The first one containing two subplots with a fitted exponential to the up and down time.

The second graph is a FRET histogram, in which you have to click twice (on each intended expected local maximum), in order to start the FRET peak fit. The values given as title are the values for the peak 1(x_center, x_std,y_amplitude) and the same for peak 2.

You need to repeat these steps for all .dat files (up and down)
