Measurement

The steps to take in order to perform a measurement:

• • prepare the setup (D1.210 or G0.320)

  • use the camera (D1.210 or G0.320)

For smFRET 1000 images at 5 locations in the same channel are enough.

For super-resolution: take 4000 frames at the same location.
