To facilitate your learning experience and to offer students more options, most Spanish courses at CGCC are offered in any of the following modalities:
In person (Face-to-Face):
Sessions meet on-campus on specific days and times
Usually 4-creidt Spanish classes meet twice for a total of 200 minutes per week
Class attendance is mandatory
Enjoy face-to-face time on campus in small class settings with faculty and students
Hybrid:
Experience the combination of in-person classes and online learning
You will meet on campus one day a week only for approximately 100 minutes
Class attendance is mandatory
Enjoy face-to-face time on campus in small class settings with faculty and students
Several readings, tutorials and assignments must be completed online within a specific deadline
Traditional Online:
Choose when it is convenient for you to learn without scheduled class times
Decide when it best suits you to engage in learning activities
Submit all coursework and assignments online by due dates
It is important to submit weekly assignment to stay active in class
Live Online:
Sessions meet online at specific days and times
Virtual class attendance is mandatory (use of live camera may be required)
Interact live with instructor and classmates in a virtual environment
Online assignments with due dates can be done outside of the class session
Continue class experiences like lectures and small group work
