Under the Privacy Act 2020:

All student work is personal information and remains their property and while under the retention of the school, must not be used for display, demonstration or sample purposes without the permission of the student.
Student work which is retained by the school must be kept in a secure location which is accessible only to delegated staff.
Student Grades are personal information and must not be made available to anyone other than the student or their caregivers.
