Get Ready for the Holidays with New Broadmeadow Apparel and Free Shipping!

Get ready for the holidays with new Broadmeadow apparel for yourself, your child(ren), or your favorite Broadmeadow faculty members! 

Take advantage of our free shipping promo Friday, November 28th through Friday, December 5th.

How to Redeem Free Shipping:

1) Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.

2) Add the FREE SHIPPING ITEM (available starting November 28th) to your cart. In the requested field, enter your STUDENT NAME / GRADE / TEACHER before clicking ADD TO CART.

3) Log in or create a new account with your billing address and shipping address to proceed to checkout.

4) During checkout, select "CUSTOMER PICKUP $0.00" from the shipping options drop-down menu.

Your orders will be available for pickup from a Broadmeadow house the week of December 15th.  Customers will be emailed with further details.

Winter Gear Drive: Make This Winter a Little Warmer for Those in Need

The PTC is very excited to partner with Cradles to Crayons for our annual Winter Gear Drive Wednesday, November 19th through Friday, December 12th. 

Due to the numerous restrictions for donating used items, we are collecting new and slightly used items. 

Items for babies, children, and adults are needed! The most requested winter items include coats, boots, accessories (hats, mittens, scarves), and hooded sweatshirts/sweatpants. A nice way to get your children involved is to have them buy for children their size.

Please drop off items at your convenience using the donation bins outside of Broadmeadow's front entrance and at the entrance by the car line.

Announcing our Yearbook Cover Winner!

Congratulations to 5th grader Alden Larochelle, the winner of our Broadmeadow yearbook cover contest! 

Alden's design was chosen by his fellow 5th grade students and will be featured on the cover of our 2025-26 yearbook. 

Thank you to all 5th graders who participated in the contest. We had so many wonderful submissions this year!

We're also continuing to gather photos for the yearbook. Please consider submitting yours! 

Simply email them to yearbook@broadmeadowptc.org or submit them to the Yearbook Google Form.

As a reminder, photos must be taken at Broadmeadow in order to be included in the yearbook. Please include information about who is in the photos you send (first name, last name, and grade).

Missing Something? Check Lost and Found

Our Lost & Found is currently on display in the 2nd grade hallway through Tuesday, November 25th. 

Please stop by or encourage your child to check for any missing items. All unclaimed belongings will be donated after the 25th. 

A big thank-you to our Volunteer Coordinators, Colleen Carey and Katie Espinola, for organizing the display and helping reunite items with their owners!
