The PTC needs your support! Invest In Our Children is our most important fundraiser of the year -- 100% of your donation will directly support Broadmeadow and have a meaningful impact on your child’s education. Guest educators, classroom technology upgrades, fun family events, innovative classroom supplies, the Broadmeadow family directory and so much more; the PTC provides the funding to make it all happen.

REMINDER: IMPORTANT PTC FORMS - Please complete by Friday, September 24th

PTC School Directory Form

Every fall, the PTC creates a school directory with class lists and family information, which allows families to easily contact one another. Please click this link to complete the directory form to provide your authorization and accurate information. If you have any questions about the directory, please contact Diana Chaves at directory@broadmeadowptc.org.

Volunteer Form

The Broadmeadow PTC relies entirely on volunteers to raise funds and deliver programs and events that enrich our children's education and build school community. If you are interested in sharing some of your time, please fill out this volunteer form to indicate volunteer areas of interest to you. A committee chair will contact you with more information about the type of help needed and the time commitment. If you have any questions about volunteering, please contact Rachel Bright at volunteer@broadmeadowptc.org.

SIGN UP TO BE A PTC CLASSROOM REP

The PTC created the Rep Program to build community among the parents here at Broadmeadow. The goal of this program is to provide families with opportunities to get to know each other on a smaller scale, and to keep parents informed about PTC events and activities.

Each Classroom will have one PTC Rep, and each Rep will:

1. Provide a morning or evening opportunity for classroom parents to get acquainted with each other through zoom or a small outside gathering in late September or October following state guidelines. The PTC can assist with additional ideas.

2. Send a few emails over the course of the year to communicate about PTC events or volunteer opportunities.

3. Be a resource for and answer questions from the classroom parents as needed.

4. Work together with Classroom Reps within their grade to help plan and facilitate grade-wide events with the assistance of the Grade-Level Events coordinators.

Please consider signing up to be a Class Rep. Click here to sign up.

BROADMEADOW LOST & FOUND PADLET

The Lost and Found Padlet displays photos of lost items that have been collected in the building. New photos will appear at the top of the Padlet as items are found.

Click on the link above to take a look and see if you recognize any of the items as belonging to your child. If you do recognize an item, please click on 'add comment" and provide your child's name and teacher, and the staff will happily deliver the item to your child's classroom the next time they are in the building. You may also go to the school and pick items up directly. Just enter your name in the 'add comment' section along with your intention to stop by. Ring the bell when you arrive and a staff member will walk the item out to you.
