Spring Social Auction - We Need Your Help!
The Haute Hoedown is just around the corner, Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Needham Golf Club. We’re excited to celebrate with you and raise funds for our school.
We’re gathering donations for our online auction, which directly supports curriculum enrichment, community events, and technology upgrades. Here’s how you can get involved:
-Donate sporting event tickets, a vacation getaway, or a local business service.
-Host a themed party or donate to an ice cream party for a class.
-Know a business that would like to sponsor and get their name out at the event? Let us know!
Please consider a tax-deductible donation to this important cause by clicking here.
Tickets will be on sale for $100 each (adults only) on Monday, March 2. Keep an eye out for that email as tickets always sell out quickly!
Questions about the Spring Social or your donation options? Contact Allison Holland and Aly Donohue at springsocial@broadmeadowptc.org.

Online: Tuesday, March 3rd from 11:30am - 12:00pm via Zoom
We hope you can join us in whichever format works best for you!
Please review the available Media Center volunteer training sessions here.

Helper Appreciation Day is Wednesday, March 4
On Wednesday, March 4, our school community will celebrate Helper Appreciation Day to show our appreciation for the amazing people who help our school run smoothly every day.
We are so grateful for our custodians (Rich, Jake, Bill, and Sheila), who keep our school clean, safe, and welcoming; our cafeteria team (Paula, Soraya, Elizabeth, Pam, and Jack), who make sure students are fed and cared for; and our crossing guard, Chuck, who helps everyone arrive and depart safely each day.
On behalf of the school and the PTC, we will be delivering cards and gift cards to each of them to thank them for all they do to support our students and staff.
We encourage all students to take a moment on March 4 to say “thank you” and share their appreciation with these important members of our school community.

Broadmeadow Cultural Festival - Thursday, March 5th - Everyone Welcome!
Join us on Thursday, March 5 from 6:00pm - 7:30pm in the Performance Center for the Broadmeadow Cultural Festival! This special evening celebrates the rich diversity of our school community through culture, food, music, and performances.
All Broadmeadow families are invited to attend.
We already have a wonderful group of families participating and would love to welcome even more. There’s still time to get involved by sponsoring a cultural table, performing a song or dance, or contributing a dish to the potluck.
If you would like to participate, please sign up here or reach out to the DEI team as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Note: A Sensory Sensitive Room with quiet activities will be available for students who may need a break during the event.
Questions? Please contact Alisa Jno-Charles and Guang Rong at DEI@broadmeadowptc.org.
We look forward to exploring, connecting, and “traveling the world” together as a community!
