Voicemail Initial Set Up 

(needs to be done only once)

The system will prompt you through the steps listed below to set up your voicemail.  

You may have to wait until the system prompt plays before entering your selection.

NOTE:  All three steps must be completed in order for the system to log your voicemail information.  Please do not exit the voicemail system until all three steps are confirmed to be completed.

Dial 5500 to enter the voicemail system from your office phone.

1. Change your passcode

• Enter the default passcode (1111)

• Press 8 to enter user options

• Press 7 to enter a new passcode 

(passcodes  should be between 4 and 10 digits)

2. Record your greeting

• Press 8 to enter user options

• Press 4 to enter greeting recording

• Press 7 to record your greeting

• Record your greeting then press #

• Press 7 to review your greeting

• Press 9 to save your greeting

• Press 3 to re-record your greeting

• Accept the changes

3. Record your name

• Press 8 to enter user options

• Press 6 to record your name

• Record your name

• Press 7 to review your name

• Press 9 to save your name

• Press 3 to re-record your name

• Accept the changes
