Google Contacts is a tool where you can save and manage the people you communicate with via Gmail, Google Meet, your phone (if you're using Android), and other Google services. You can add names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, notes, and more.
Go to Google Contacts
Sign in with your Google Account (your Blair email address and password)
You'll see your saved contacts listed
Tip: You can also access it through Gmail:
Open Gmail → Click the Google Apps grid (small square made of dots, top right corner) → Click Contacts
On the left sidebar, click Create contact
Choose Create a contact or Create multiple contacts
Fill in the details (Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, etc.)
Click Save when you’re done
Open Google Contacts
Find and click on the contact you want to edit
Click the pencil icon (✏️) in the top right corner
Update any information you want
Click Save
Follow these steps to remove someone from your contacts list:
Open Google Contacts
Scroll through your contacts or use the search bar at the top to find the contact you want to delete
Click on the contact’s name
Click the three vertical dots (⁝) at the top right
Select Delete
Confirm by clicking Delete again
The contact will be moved to Trash
Contacts stay in the Trash for 30 days in case you want to restore them
After 30 days, they are permanently deleted
Merge Duplicates: If you have duplicate contacts, Google Contacts can help merge them automatically. Look for the Merge & fix option on the left menu
Groups/Labels: You can organize your contacts by labels (like "Work," "Family," or "Friends") for easier management
Syncing: If you use an Android phone, your Google Contacts are usually automatically synced to your phone
