The expectation really isn't too different then any other day!? Students are encouraged to do 60 minutes of physical activity every day! See below for ideas.
Students are expected to have permission from "the boss" (parent, grandparent, babysitter etc.) prior to any physical activity. Each family has their own culture when it comes to being active , which is why you would not find specific assignments for students. Families may be limited with supervision/assistance, equipment or tools, access to activities, and indoor/outdoor space.
Learn to tie shoes!
Chores! shovel, lawn care, pet cleanup, vacuuming, dusting etc. Help a neighbor!
100 pushups! We learn many ways to modify push ups. This should be very easy.
Got Snow? Build a fort, sledding, build a snowman,, practice throwing😀, make snowshoes
JNYO! We learn a handful of indigenous games that are great for small spaces and don't always need a partner. JNYO
Orienteering. Make a map of the your house inside or outside. Hide treasures to find or make a scavenger hunt! Map making
Skill Practice. play catch, shoot baskets, jump rope, hula hoop, volley, make your own equipment
Learn a Dance. or make one up
Just go outside and play
