Please Read: Bell Schedule Change!
We've updated the Weekly Wall Schedule and Pocket Bell Schedule to reflect the new bell schedule as of December 4, 2023.
If you previously created a personal Google Calendar based on our bell schedule data below, we have created a data patch you can upload with the changes. This includes all blocks for Tuesdays and Thursdays, and lunches only for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Here's the process we recommend:
Preview the new data. You can preview the data patch via this Google Calendar: Bell Schedule Data Patch Calendar.
Delete your old events. Go through your calendar and delete all of the periods on Tuesdays and Thursdays and lunches only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to get a clean slate.
Delete your old events FIRST or you will have two of everything and it will be hard to see which need to be deleted.
Do not delete the events during Wellness Workshops and Inclusion Workshops days, as these schedules have not changed.
Tip: Go to the Week view in Google Calendar and toggle off everything you don't need to see. Click on each period and then press Backspace or Delete on your keyboard. Move to the next week by pressing the arrow at the top or J or N on your keyboard.
Edit the new calendar data. Create your own copy and make any changes to the Bell Schedule Data Patch File.
For example, delete any lunches you do not wish to include, rename periods with your class names, etc.
Upload the new events. Download the data as a CSV and upload it using the directions for a customized Google Calendar below.

Fun with Google Calendars

Have I told you how much I love Google Calendar? So much. Google Calendar allows users to import data from spreadsheets. So what? You can magically add every class to your own calendar(s) in just a few clicks with an already-formatted data file provided by me, your friendly school librarian.
Note: Excel calendar files posted here were last updated on August 23, 2023. If you see any errors, please let me know so I can fix them! And always check the AHS Official Bell Schedule for updates.
Option One: Generic Google Calendar
This spreadsheet is a generic schedule for the year. Download the file to your computer, and upload to a calendar of your choosing.

Option Two: Customized Google Calendar
This version is meant to be customized with YOUR schedule. Detailed directions are given on the first page but basically you type your schedule into the grid, save the next tab in CSV format, then upload to your calendar using the same process as in the screencast above. See, magic.
Custom Calendar Data for SY23-24 (make yourself a copy to edit)
Warning: Calendar imports CANNOT be undone, except by manually deleting each event individually or deleting the calendar itself, so if you're not sure what you're doing PLEASE experiment on a disposable test calendar or ask for help! It can be useful to create a new blank calendar before beginning so that your class schedule and personal calendar are kept separate, anyway.

Weekly Schedule Wall Calendar
Ever wanted to make your own of the weekly schedule flip calendar we have at the library's front desk? Now's your chance.
Weekly Wall Schedule for SY23-24 (updated December 1, 2023)
Ours is made of page protectors, loose-leaf rings, and a bull clip. Pro tip, there's a piece of cardboard from the back of a memo pad slid in with the first page so the corners don't flop down when you hang it on the wall.
Pocket Bell Schedule
This business card sized bell schedule can be printed and placed on the back of your school ID, in your wallet, etc. Enjoy!
