Borrow Technology

The library offers a variety of technology for short-term and long-term use, including:

• Chromebooks: class set of Chromebooks for use in the library; individual Chromebooks are available at the desk for students to use when they are signed in to the library or for BYOD emergencies by teacher request; staff can also borrow one for the day

• iPads: cart of 30 plus 10 for use in library or classrooms; additionally a limited number of teacher iPads may be available for annual loan

• Video production accessories: 8 iPad video kits (tripod, snowball microphone, and adapter), 4 pop-up green screens, iPad document camera stands (great for stop motion animation or recording flipped instruction), styluses, and apps

• Short-term equipment loan: portable phone chargers, laptop chargers, slide clickers, headphones, ELMO document cameras, Apple TV, DVD players, speakers, USB flash drives, too many adapters, VOIP phone, headset microphone for screen-casting, projectors, and more

• Long-term equipment loan: computer projectors, speakers, DVD drives and players, document cameras, iPads, iPad doc cam stands, and more (quantities may be limited)

• Public address systems: speakers and microphones which can be used for assemblies, dances, etc.

• Production equipment: multifunction copiers, a Scantron machine, a laminator, Silhouette Cameo 3 craft cutter, paper cutters, and more (most of our production equipment is located in the Fusco House outer office during construction)
