iPads at Park Center Senior High
· PCSH staff can check out individual iPads from the Media Center using their staff ID number.
· Staff can reserve the use of the 20-unit iPad cart through the Media Center Booking Calendar, found online at http://d279.us/PCSHlabs
· Students sign out individual iPads as they would laptops from a cart, using a “seating chart” found with the laptop cart.
· The teacher is responsible for checking the cart at the end of the class, making sure all devices are returned before dismissing the class.
· Students may not remove devices from the teaching area.
· iPads are set up with a GPS tracking system, but it does not always work perfectly. In the event an iPad is stolen, we may not be able to recover it even though we may know its location.
· Report any broken, missing, or malfunctioning devices to the Media Specialist immediately.
· The iPad cart should be returned to the Media Center at the end of the loan period.
