We recently changed the MemoQ server, which is probably why you are getting this error. Please follow the steps indicated below (just once):
1) Open MemoQ and click on I wish to update my licence from an ELM Server.
2) In Manage Logins, → Choose the server 82.223.117.69 and Delete Selected Item.
3) In the same place, add a new entry under server name memoq.ampersand.net. To do so, your username and password will be requested.
4) In MemoQ, go to Tools → Resource Console.
5) Go to Translation Memories (in the left-hand menu) → Remove the drawing pin from all the memories. Simply click on each pin.
6) Repeat the process in Term Bases (in the left-hand menu).
7) In your computer, go to C:\ProgramData\MemoQ.
Open the TermBases.xml and TranslationMemories.xml files in WordPad and Find/Replace 82.221.117.69 with memoq.ampersand.net
8) Close MemoQ and begin the usual process again:
a) .mqout → Double click on the file and give it a different name, such as "xxx_new". The program will create a new folder with all the files and you can then begin work as usual.
b) Project in the server → Repeat Checkout Online Project and give the project a new destination folder, such as "xxx_new". The program will create a new folder with all the files and you can then begin work as usual.
