UPDATING

If your version is older than ours, you will need to update your installation so we can work together. It's very simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Download memoQ from Kilgray's website: https://www.memoq.com/en/downloads
2. Install the software.
3. The activation wizard might show up:

You need to either:

1. Choose the first option if you have your own license (I wish to update my licences from Kilgray's central activation server).
2. Choose the second option if you use an Ampersand mobile license (I wish to update my ELM licences from a memoQ server). This option will only work if we have assigned you a license.

And that's it. If the system asks you for your username and password, just use the one we sent you.
