Online projects

If our coordinators inform you that you have been included in an online project, you won't receive any memoQ files to begin working. You will need to download your project directly from the programme.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Project/Check out from server.
2. The following window will appear:

The name that is highlighted above in yellow is our memory server. If this does not appear, type it in by hand. In both cases, you will need to click on Select to see the project list in which you are included.

Click on the reference you were provided (the other references will mainly be projects that have already been completed) and click on Check out project.

The programme 'recreates' your part of the project. For example: if there is a total of 15 files to translate into 3 languages, you will only download the files that you need to translate for your language pair.
