Download the programme

When using MemoQ for the first time, you will need to download the programme from this website:

https://www.memoq.com/en/downloads

Before you do, please enquire which version we are using, so as to make sure they are fully compatible.

Once you have installed the programme, the following activation window will appear:

As this is the first time you are using memoQ, you must choose the first option (indicated in this screenshot). By completing this activation, you will be sent a code that will allow you to 100% use the progamme for free for 45 days.

The next window that appears will request your details (only the first time):

In the next window, you should'nt activate the option "I wish to update my ELM...":

You can now click on Finish:

After this period, you will need a full licence (which you can buy yourself) or a temporary licence (which we can provide you for our jobs).

When your initial licence expires, simply let us know once we provide you with a project that requires the use of memoQ and we will give you a temporary licence. This will allow you to complete the project without having to invest in the programme.
