Licence activation

If you have downloaded the programme and your initial licence has expired, you will need us to supply you with a mobile licence. Once it has been assigned to you, you need to activate it. To do so, go to the MemoQ/My memoQ/Activation Wizard menu and follow the steps as indicated by the wizard.

PLEASE NOTE: The licences that we provide are linked to specific projects, which means that they expire once you have completed the job. You will therefore need to follow this process every time you begin a new project (except for entering your details which will be saved).

1. When the following window appears, click on the option that is marked below:

2. The following window will then appear. Make sure the option I wish to update my ELM licenses from a memoQ server now is selected and click on Next.

3. The following window will require you to enter the username and server details which we will provide you via email. Here is an example (the IP server is correct).

Once you have entered the details, click on Next to confirm that the server has been recognised and follow the instructions. If a connection is established, you can begin your work. If not, get in touch with us.
