Argument time!

At your table, you will be arguing with two people on the other side of the argument. Each team will have TWO minutes to present their arguments to each other. As the opposing team is sharing their arguments, write down notes, counter-arguments, and questions that you have for them in the space below.

    1. Cross-examination! Each team gets the opportunity to use the notes, counter arguments, and questions written above to probe the other team and try to prove them to be wrong!
    2. Time to reflect! Imagine that you were the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Would you decide to stay in the European Union, or leave the European Union? Explain your answer using what you have learned from the debate. This should be one complete paragraph (4-5 sentences), written in the space below.
