All of the following steps must be completed at the beginning of each season to be considered a full member in good standing and be able to attend tournaments.

2.  Extra Curricular Agreement -  All parents, guardians and students should use this link to an AB Form. Students and parents are required to complete the online form, once a year, to cover all clubs and activities they will participate in during the school year. Athletics will use their own form. Advisors are responsible for making sure each of the students in their club or activity has completed the online form.  Students will not be allowed to take part in club field trips, competitions and other club events until they have completed the online form. 

3. Team Code of Honor statement  - Print out the Google Sheet version of the document and sign along with your parents on the last page.  Return the signature page only by scanning or taking a clear photo and emailing to actonboxboroughspeechdebate@gmail.com

Alternatively, you can open the PDF version, download, fill in, save as "Last Name, First Initial - COH" and return to the address above.

4. Anti Hazing law form: Read and fill the form here.  All AB Students are required to fill in this form for EACH activity they will participate in.  

5. Activities Fee: There are two ways to pay the school mandated fee of $50 once you have decided to be an active member (due before your first tournament):

Option A. Drop off to the adult supervisor at any meeting a check for $50 payable to ABRHS.   Please write the student's name and "Speech and Debate" on the front of the check.

Option B:  Payment by credit card - Use the efunds system via this link.  Look for the fee under "optional" > "Activities Fee".  There is a small service charge per transaction.
