The MSDL and many National Circuit tournaments use tabroom.com to manage tournaments. Each competitor and judge must make an account in order to receive timely communication, round postings and ballots.
Instructions for creating an account are here: http://docs.tabroom.com/Sign_Up
MSDL Online Tournament Guide - This is written for locally sponsored tournaments but contains great tech tips for getting connected successfully in online tournaments using the NSDA campus platform which is part of tabroom.com. The event specific sections pertain to MSDL tournaments...if judging at a different event look for information provided by the tournament for their event rules and procedures.
For Public Forum Judges, this document will take you through a "day in the life" and also explain e-ballots and creating paradigms in tabroom.com. The author is a long time coach in New York, and it is written with some humor. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to be in touch.
